Europe and Africa have to jointly promote a hydrogen transition to boost sustainable economic development and a decarbonization of their economic sector. Africa can indeed exploit a huge renewable potential that can boost green hydrogen production also targeting export to EU to fulfil continental needs of hydrogen as foreseen by RePowerEU plan. European, Spanish and African green hydrogen transition could boost local economies development, that\u2019s why it\u2019s important that both EU and AU hydrogen policies and development roadmaps (as well as Spanish ones) have to be conceived in a cross-fertilizing way.
