of a more attractive career path for researchers and is based on the principles set out in the <a href=\"https:\/\/cdn5.euraxess.org\/sites\/default\/files\/brochures\/eur_21620_es-en.pdf\">European Charter for Researchers, the Code of Conduct for the Recruitment of Researchers<\/a> and an open, transparent and merit-based recruitment policy.<\/p>\n<p><strong>On November 2021, the European Commission awarded IMDEA Energ\u00eda the Seal of Excellence in Human Resources for Research-HRS4R<\/strong>, thus distinguishing the centre\u2019s work in adopting good practices in researcher recruitment, generating and supporting the development of an attractive and stimulating European labour market for scientists.<\/p>\n<p>Equal opportunities without discrimination on the grounds of gender, race, language, religion or belief, political opinions, disability, age or sexual orientation is guaranteed in the recruitment process, and all candidates that meet the minimum requirements indicated in the job advertisement will be assessed on equal terms.<\/p>\n<p>The selection process is carried out through our employment platform at the <a of interest to which you want to apply, check the fulfillment of the mandatory requirements and apply for the job offer by attaching the requested documents.<\/p>\n<p>-Applications that meet the minimum requirements established for the position will continue in the selection process and the selection committee will evaluate their merits according to the criteria established in the call for applications.<\/p>\n<p>-The applications with the best evaluation will pass to the interview phase.<\/p>\n<p>-The selected candidate will receive notification from the employment platform and the HR
