Future Utility: transforming and driving the digital future of UTILITIES

This is the 7th edition of an event whose objective is to identify how energy grids (electricity, gas,…) will evolve in the future, the challenges of integrating sustainable generation, transport, storage and distribution technologies, their role in the decarbonisation of the economy and in the energy transition, as well as, the impact they will have on guaranteeing supply and offering new services to customers. All this, considering the regulatory framework, business opportunities, scientific-technical advances and digital transformation supported by emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence, AI, and Blockchain.

 

Executives and experts from companies such as Acciona, Capital Energy, Cepsa, CHC Energía, EDP, Endesa, Fortia Energía, Iberdrola, Naturgy, Nexus Energía, Plenitude, Quadient, Redexis, Repsol, UFD and Vass will participate in the event, which is aimed at professionals from the energy sector and related companies.

 

Félix Marín, Head of Technology Transfer at IMDEA Energía will moderate the panel ‘The future of Utilities in Spain: emerging trends in the sector, challenges and opportunities’, the first of those dedicated to the energy transition.
