During this month of April 2024, two doctoral theses developed at IMDEA Energy’s Electrical Systems Unit will be presented under the direction of Milan Prodanovic and Javier Roldán, head and senior researcher of this area, respectively.

On April 3rd at 11:00 am Dionysios Moutevelis will defend his thesis “Voltage Stability and Control of Electrical Distribution Systems with High Penetration of Power Electronic Converters” at the University of Alcalá, while on April 22nd Njegos Jankovic will read his thesis “Power Oscillation Damping using Converter Interfaced Generation” at the Universidad Pontificia de Comillas.
