The purpose of this Legal Notice is to inform all users of the IMDEA ENERGÍA website and those related to the research projects it coordinates of the conditions of access, browsing and use that will govern their browsing.
The use and access to the contents of these web pages implies knowledge and acceptance of these conditions of use, which are in accordance with the regulations on personal data protection, information society services and other related regulations.
Ownership
The domain name energía.imdea.org is owned by the IMDEA ENERGÍA Foundation with N.I.F. G84912716 whose registered office is located at Parque Tecnológico de Móstoles, Avda. Ramón de la Sagra, 3, 28935 Móstoles, Madrid.
The IMDEA ENERGÍA Foundation was constituted on 23 November 2006 and is registered in the Register of Foundations of the Community of Madrid; Personal Sheet: 478; Volume CXXXVIII; 1st Inscription of 15 February 2007.

Use of the web pages
Access to the website www.energia.imdea.org and those created for the purpose of developing research projects coordinated by IMDEA ENERGÍA Foundation confers the status of user on the person accessing it, which implies the acceptance of each and every one of the present conditions of access and use of the web pages.
Browsing and use of the web pages is completely free of charge and is subject to compliance with these conditions of use, which are updated periodically and published on the pages under the heading Legal Notice.
In cases in which personal data is collected from users through forms or the sending of documentation by e-mail, the specific clauses accompanying the form or document are applicable, as well as the information accessible through the Personal Data section or the Privacy Policy of each web page.

The IMDEA ENERGÍA Foundation may freely interrupt, modify or delete the contents of the pages, as well as alter or modify at any time and without prior notice the design, presentation and configuration of the web pages and the conditions of access.
The user undertakes to make good use of the contents of the web pages, which may never be used for activities that are illicit or harmful to the rights and freedoms of third parties, or that may be contrary to morality, good uses and customs and public order.

The fractal images representing IMDEA ENERGÍA are reproduced with the permission of their author, the artist Cory Ench, and their total or partial reproduction by any user or third party who has not previously obtained the necessary rights is prohibited.
The domain and industrial or intellectual property rights owned by the IMDEA ENERGÍA Foundation may not be used in connection with other content, products or services that are not owned by the Foundation, when they may cause confusion among end users or discredit the entity.
To the extent that any section of the web pages includes articles, opinions or contributions from third parties, these are the intellectual property of their author, so that any reproduction of said contents, whether partial or total, must be carried out respecting the rights of the author and expressly mentioning the author, source and any other identifying data.
Responsibility and security
There are no absolute guarantees of security in the use of information technologies, so although IMDEA ENERGÍA Foundation tries to reduce the risks associated with them, the user must be aware of their possible existence.
For this reason, the IMDEA ENERGÍA Foundation accepts no responsibility for any communication failures that may occur, and therefore cannot guarantee the availability and continuity of the operation of the web pages and the absence of interruptions or errors in access to it or its content.
The IMDEA ENERGÍA Foundation shall not be liable for any anomaly, malfunction or deterioration that may occur in users’ equipment or systems as a direct or indirect consequence of accessing or attempting to access its websites.

The IMDEA ENERGÍA Foundation assumes no responsibility for links to other web pages that may be included on its web pages at any time, as it has no control over them.
