Dr. Edgar Ventosa, Maite Páez and Dr. Rebeca Marcilla participated in the last “Power Our Future 2019”
Dr. Edgar Ventosa, Maite Páez and Dr. Rebeca Marcilla participated with two oral talks and one invited talk in the last Power Our Future 2019, the 4th International Forum on Progress and Trends in Battery and Capacitor Technologies. This conference was held in Vitoria (Spain) on 2-5 July and showcased the latest research and development in electrochemical energy storage storage technologies. We had the opportunity to share our research results with some of the leading scientist on batteries and supercapacitors.
Dr. Rebeca Marcilla giving an Invited Talk entitled “Multifunctional Supercapacitors & Batteries: From Flexible to Structural Devices“.
Dr. Edgar Ventosa giving a talk entitled “Injectable batteries based on semi-solid electrodes: a concept for increased sustainability“.
Maite Paez giving a talk entitled “Mediated Alkaline Flow Batteries: Bridging flow and static battery concepts“.
The conference was also an opportiunity to meet former colleagues that have become present collaborators. From left to right in the picture; Dr. David Mecerreyes (POLYMAT), Dr. Rebeca Marcilla (IMDEA Energy), Iratxe de Meatza (CIDETEC) and Cristina Pozo-Gonzalo (Deikin University).
It was very nice to share the “pintxo-pote experience” with former researchers from IMDEA Energy!!!! From left to right in the picture; Maite Paez (IMDEA Energy), Dr. Afshin Pendashteh (CIC Energigure, previously IMDEA Energy) and Dr. Rebeca Marcilla (IMDEA Energy).
