Participation of researchers in the GEP-SLAP 2022 conference
Dr. Rebeca Marcilla, Rebeca Griego and Ousmane Camara participated in the international conference GEP-SLAP 2022, which took place in San Sebastián from 8th to 12th of May 2022. Rebecca Grieco and Ousmane Camara, predoctoral researchers at the Electrochemical Processes Unit (ECPU) within the POLYSTORAGE ITN, presented their results related to the development of new redox active materials for battery application. Rebecca contributed to the congress with an oral talk entitled “A Significantly Improved Polymer||Ni(OH)2 Alkaline Rechargeable Battery Using Anthraquinone-based Conjugated Microporous Polymer Anode”, and Ousmane partecipated with a flash oral presentation and a poster entitled “Aging effect of Cathecols Redox Polymer Nanoparticles for Hybrid Supercapacitors”. Moreover, Dr. Rebeca Marcilla, senior researcher of the ECPU and PI of POLYSTORAGE ITN was invited to give a keynote lecture about Redox-Active Microporous Polymers for More Sustainable Batteries.
