The IMDEA Energy Foundation’s Code of Ethics and Conduct reflects the Foundation’s commitment to ethical principles and transparency in all its areas of operation, establishing a set of principles and guidelines aimed at guaranteeing the ethical and responsible behavior of all its professionals in the performance of their duties.

THE IMDEA ENERGY FOUNDATION’S ETHICS CHANNEL
The IMDEA Energy Foundation´s Ethics Channel aims to promote compliance with the law and the rules of conduct set forth in the Code of Ethics and Conduct. Through this Ethics Channel, employees, individuals, suppliers, etc., can report, confidentially, any possible irregularity or breach of the IMDEA Energy Foundation’s Code of Ethics and Conduct.
A breach may be reported anonymously or non-anonymously. Please note that if you choose to remain anonymous, we will not be able to contact you. However, you will be able to follow up on the status of your report at any time using the code number (ID) provided to you.
However, knowingly communicating or publicly disclosing false information constitutes a serious infringement. The law provides for fines for individuals who act in this way.
