IMDEA Energy will open its doors to schoolchildren, offering an engaging, hands-on experience designed to introduce science and energy in a fun, interactive, and age-appropriate way. Throughout the day, researchers from the institute will guide participants through a series of scientific workshops and demonstrations where they will experiment, play, and discover how science and innovation contribute to building a more sustainable future.

As part of the event, preschool children will take part in the 🌍 Mission: Save the Planet! workshop, an activity specially designed to help young learners discover energy through play. Through simple experiments, games, and fun scientific challenges, they will learn that energy is all around us and explore, in an accessible and enjoyable way, how we can all help take care of our planet.
